About KG Business Development
KG Business Development is a skills development provider, founded by Mpumi Kubheka in 2004. It is 100% black owned, 70% women owned and has a BBBEE Level 1 status as per Revised Codes of Good Practice. Our services encompass skills development and training, Independent Skills Facilitation/Consulting, Enterprise/SMME Development, Project Management, RPL and Clarity4D Personality Profiling. We are accredited by the Services SETA, LGSETA, W&RSETA, ETDP SETA and licensed by Clarity4D.
Our philosophy is to build an ongoing partnership with clients, learners and stakeholders. We are committed to facilitate the culture of lifelong learning in the organisation and support the Skills Development Act in its endeavor to regulate and promote education and training for social and economic prosperity.

Our team has a combined experience of more than 30 years, with technical skills and knowledge in Local government, Services, Wholesale, Retail and Education Practice. They are registered assessors and moderators. With relevant SETAs.
