Customer Service and ‘Know Your City’ Training Intervention!!!

KG Business Development is a preferred service provider for AEM Facilities Management, the managers of MyCiTi bus stations. From March 2017 to date, we have trained 125 MyCiTi bus stations employees in Customer Service and ‘Know Your City’ programme. The aim of this training intervention is to improve customer service to the passengers and the tourists using the facilities by providing them with relevant bus route information and about tourist attractions in Cape Town and the surroundings. The learning outcomes of Customer Service and ‘Know Your City’ will enable the participants to:
• Uphold the MyCiTi brand
• Build a customer focused culture
• Improve customer service performance and professionalism
• Become Brand ambassadors for MyCiTi, Cape Town and South Africa
